Sarah E. Truman

Sarah Truman

Sarah E. Truman is a PhD Candidate in Curriculum Studies (OISE) and Book History & Print Culture (Massey College), at the University of Toronto. Her research interests include walking, writing, and literacy; intertextuality and marginalia; and new materialist approaches to educational research.

Sarah is a National Magazine Award winner, an Ontario Arts Council Grant recipient, and an Ontario Graduate Scholar (2014-2017). Her book, Searching for Guan Yin (White Pine Press), was published in 2011. She is a founding member of Hamilton Perambultory Unit and the Lead Research Officer at WalkingLab.
